Hey, you, and welcome to the blog! On here I review any music I feel like reviewing, or share my thoughts on any music I feel like sharing my thoughts on. I do many different types of posts, which include:



AWFUL ALBUM REVIEWS

These posts are just what they sound like: Awful album reviews. Here, I pick out an album, listen to it, and share my thoughts on it. First, I give some background information about the artist and album, then I share my overall thoughts on the album. I might talk about whether I like it or don't like it, what songs I do and don't like, what the style or theme is and why it's good or not good, you know, things like that. It's sort of like the guts of the post if you know what I mean. After that, I rate and give a short review of each track on the album, just to show proof that I actually listened to the thing. Then, I will often rank the songs on the album from my favorite to my least favorite just for fun, and then find out the average score for the album, which is basically me adding up all of my ratings for the songs and then averaging it. However, this average score for the album does NOT reflect my overall thoughts on the album because there's way more to it than how much I like the songs. I usually review any album I feel like reviewing, but if you have an album you really like or would like to see my thoughts on, feel free to let me know and I will consider reviewing it. I'm always open to discovering new music, so don't be afraid!



TERRIBLE TOP 10s

In these posts, I pick out a theme, usually an artist or a year, and give my top ten songs from it. For example, if the post is called "Terrible Top 10s: BTS", then I will be sharing and talking about my ten favorite songs from BTS in that post. (I do not plan on doing a top 10 list for BTS anytime soon, by the way. That was just an example) Or if instead of an artist it was a year, then I would be sharing my favorite songs from that year. I just embed a video for each song and then give an in-depth review of each one. Pretty simple.



CRAPPY CHART REVIEWS

This isn't something I do very often, but when I do it can be fun. Basically, I pick out a chart, usually a Billboard Year-End chart or something like that, and rate and give a short review for each song on it. It's nothing much more than that. I also am open to reviewing any chart you guys want me to, so if you have suggestions then share them and I will make them reality!



SLEAZY SONG REVIEWS

These don't happen too often, but when they do they can be cool. It's basically a whole post dedicated to one song. It's usually a song I have not listened to prior to making the post. I will share as many thoughts as I can about the song in that post and then rate it at the end. This is also another type of post that I always will accept suggestions for, so if there's a song you'd like to know my thoughts on, let me know and I'll do a review for it!



MISCELLANEOUS MONDAYS

These posts will come out once per month on a Monday, and they are kind of what they sound like. I pick out 5-10 songs that I don't think I'll be giving an in-depth review for in any other post and talk about them and what I like and don't like about them. It's pretty fun because I pick out the songs and I share what's good about them. If you're confused as to what this would look like in post form, you can check out my December 2018 post and see what it is. It's pretty neat.



OTHER POSTS

I won't do posts outside of these categories too often, but when I do, it would probably be something like a pageview special. I might do a special top 25 or top 50 or even something interactive like a Q&A, but we'll see when I get the chance to make one.
